October 7 victims assistance grant

The National Insurance will pay a financial grant and finance a care and rehabilitation basket for those who were, on October 7, 2023 in the Gaza surrounding settlements, in combat zones, or at parties in the south (including soldiers and security forces personnel who were not on duty), as well as for relatives of the killed victims, hostages, and returned hostages - provided they meet the conditions of entitlement.

Grants to non-working evacuees

The National Insurance will pay an assistance grant or a special grant to evacuees who are not working, provided they meet the conditions of entitlement.

  • Assistance grant - will be paid to those under age 67, who are living in an evacuated settlement and are not eligible for unemployment benefits.
  • Special grant - will be paid to those aged 67 and older, who are living in an evacuated settlement and are not working.

Return grant for evacuees who returned home

The return grant is paid to evacuees who have returned home, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.

  • Daily return grant for those who returned home during the period from April 1, 2024 to February 29, 2024.
  • One-time return grant for those who ended their stay in a state-funded place of accommodation during the period from March 1, 2024 to June 1, 2024.

Occupancy grant

The National Insurance will pay an occupancy grant to residents of the South and North who have been evacuated independently to a place of accommodation that is not funded by the State, according to the date of evacuation of each locality.

A grant promoting the return to work will be paid to evacuees who returned to work.
