Occupancy grant
The National Insurance will pay an occupancy grant to residents of the South and North who have been evacuated independently to a place of accommodation that is not funded by the State, according to the date of evacuation of each locality.

Grants to non-working evacuees
The National Insurance will pay an assistance grant or a special grant to evacuees who are not working, provided they meet the conditions of entitlement.
- Assistance grant - will be paid to those under age 67, who are living in an evacuated settlement and are not eligible for unemployment benefits.
- Special grant - will be paid to those aged 67 and older, who are living in an evacuated settlement and are not working.
